MyParkinson's app for iPhone and iPad

MyParkinsons App is designed to help the persons who are suffering with Parkinsons disease. MyParkinsons App will do the following things.
1. It will remind you to take the medicine on time(according to the prescription entered by the user).
2. It will allows you to add the symptoms and sends the symptoms data to their Doctor. So that the Doctor can monitor the progress of the disease.
3. It allows user to play some games like Cognition Test, Image Test, etc., which will be very helpful to know the memory condition of the brain.
